Beyond its primary function as an evaluative tool, the defense acts as a complex organizational event where institutional hierarchies, emotional demands, and professional identities converge. This research develops and tests a structural model to explain the communicative behaviors of academic examiners, focusing specifically on the relationship between emotion regulation (ER) strategies, emotional labor (EL), and the manifestation of verbal aggression. Drawing on Affective Events Theory (AET) and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, the study analyzes data from 200 academic examiners in the Indonesian higher education context. The results, obtained through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), reveal that surface acting and expressive suppression are significant positive predictors of verbal aggression, whereas cognitive reappraisal and deep acting serve as critical buffers. Furthermore, the analysis highlights how seniority culture and high power distance in Indonesian universities exacerbate the likelihood of uncivil communicative encounters. The MSCI warning, often associated with the risk of downgrading a country’s market status, has a significant impact on investor perception and the attractiveness of Indonesia's capital market. Additionally, the ownership structure, consisting of both domestic and foreign shareholders, affects the dynamics of the IDX market. This research uses a quantitative approach to analyze data related to market performance fluctuations and changes in ownership structure and their impact on exchange leadership. The results show that MSCI warnings can cause higher market volatility, which in turn affects leadership decisions at the IDX. On the other hand, a more diversified ownership structure between domestic and foreign shareholders contributes to market stability and can enhance IDX performance in the long term. However, if a large number of borrowers default around the same time, the risk of bad loans for the cooperative increases. This study aims to examine the impact of loan allocation and the risk of problematic loans on profitability at the Cahaya Artha Makmur Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative, using both descriptive and verificative methods with a quantitative approach. The results show that loan allocation significantly influences profitability, with a t-value of 3.844 &gt; 3.182 and a significance value of 0.031 &lt; 0.05. The risk of problematic loans, however, does not significantly affect profitability, as indicated by a t-value of -1.013 &lt; 3.182 and a significance value of 0.386 &gt; 0.05. Simultaneously, loan allocation and the risk of problematic loans have a significant effect on profitability. The data processing method used in this research is SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), with the object of this study being the followers of Converse Summarecon Bekasi. The sampling method employed is purposive sampling with a nonprobability sampling approach. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with 355 valid and reliable respondents from Converse Summarecon Bekasi followers. E-service quality, which includes aspects such as reliability, responsiveness, and user-friendliness, plays a significant role in building customer trust. Meanwhile, relationship marketing, which involves positive interactions and long-term relationships between companies and customers, is also considered crucial. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to Lazada users in Cibitung. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the impact of each variable on customer trust. The results indicate that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, meaning that better service quality increases customer trust. Additionally, relationship marketing also significantly contributes to enhancing customer trust, highlighting the importance of strong interactions between companies and customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of Product Bundling and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying at DAN+DAN store. This research is a descriptive quantitative study. The population used in this study consists of visitors to the DAN+DAN store in South Tambun District. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the Accidental Sampling method, with 384 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique concludes that, partially, both variables, Product Bundling and Shopping Lifestyle, have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Intensitas aset tetap dan pertumbuhan penjualan diduga memengaruhi praktik ini, seperti terlihat pada kasus transfer pricing PT Adaro Energy Tbk. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Intensitas Aset Tetap terhadap <em>Tax Avoidance</em>, (2) menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap <em>Tax Avoidance</em>, (3) menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Pertumbuhan Laba terhadap <em>Tax Avoidance</em>, (4) menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Intensitas Aset Tetap dengan variabel Pertumbuhan Laba terhadap <em>Tax Avoidance</em>, (5) menganalisis sebarapa besar pengaruh Pertumbuhan Penjualan dengan variabel Pertumbuhan Laba terhadap <em>Tax Avoidance</em>. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub-sektor konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM-PLS.
